If you find yourself in the bustling heart of Flushing, New York, make sure to swing by the Peking Duck Sandwich Stall. This spot offers a delicious gateway into Chinese street food, particularly known for its crispy and flavorful Peking duck buns.

The stall’s charm lies in its simple, efficient setup—ordering from a walk-up window makes it both accessible and quick for those on the go. Each bite of the duck buns, priced at a modest $3, delivers a delightful contrast of textures: the crispy skin encasing tender, flavorful duck meat enveloped in a fluffy bun, complemented by a hint of sweetness from the sauce. According to satisfied customers, like Gillian Yap, the baos are “delicious,” though some have suggested a bit more crunch wouldn't hurt.

The array of dishes available caters to various tastes, with menu highlights such as:

  • Curry Chicken Noodle Soup - $5.95
  • Seafood Noodle Soup - $7.50
  • Plain Congee - $1.50
  • Preserved Egg with Pork Congee - $3.50

Customer reviews echo a common theme—while the duck buns steal the show, the savory soups and comforting congees are also worthy of attention. For instance, Isabella Grandic raved about the duck bao roll, enjoying its perfect crispiness. However, some diners like Emmy Siripa V. noted that while the flavor is rich, the meat could benefit from improved tenderness for an even better experience.

The stall, with its cash-only policy, ensures an authentic street food experience where quality meets value. With quick service—food in your hands within two minutes—you'll be back on the street savoring every bite in no time. Whether you're a Flushing local or a curious foodie from afar, Peking Duck Sandwich Stall promises an engaging culinary stop where the delights of Chinese cuisine await.

I had heard and read really good things about this stall. It is cool that you can just walk up to the window and order and get your food within two minutes. I found the food to be average, which I was not expecting with everything I had read.

this concept is amazing to me. the baos are delicious but the skin could be a little bit crispier. i cant complain that much though since it's so good. i bought some for my grandpa and he loved it! this was my second time to come back and i will be back again

Peking duck buns tasted just as expected. You order from the little window and the food comes out pretty quick. $3 per bun though if you're looking for a small snack

Delish $2.75 duck bao roll. Perfect crispiness and textures. Really enjoyed. All to-go

Now includes tax, but still one of the best deals in Flushing. Duck is flagrant and crispy, fluffy bun & sweet sauce.

One of many walk up take out spots in Flushing Queens. The buns here were delicious and cheap. You can't go wrong with that. Be mindful that it is cash only.

Crispy duck was great — crispy, fragrant, not chewy. Soft bread paired perfectly. Slightly sweet sauce. Served as bite-sized burgers, easy to eat.

The Peking Duck here is tasty with rich flavor and crispy skin, but the meat itself was a bit too tough and chewy, making it hard to bite through cleanly. While the seasoning and presentation were enjoyable, the texture of the duck could definitely be improved for a better dining experience.
